Spain Finally!!

So I finally made it to Spain, and it was an adventure.  Three flights later and a 9 hour layover and we're finally here.  Once we finally landed in Asturias we had to take a bus into Oviedo.  The bus came and did not have enough room for all of the students luggage who was traveling into the city.  It took over an hr to get everyone loaded onto the bus and then some of our luggage had to go with another bus because it still could not all fit.  Once we got to the bus stop we waited another 45 minutes for the other bus to arrive with our luggage.  Once we got all our our stuff we made the 1 mile trek uphill to our hotel.  This was sooo hard with 2 big suitcases and a little one to walk up a hill, through the streets, and up an escalator.  I got to the hotel sweating.  After we all showered we headed out walking through the streets and looking for food.  It was 5 and we were starving! The problem is that in Spain people don't eat dinner until late and everything was closed until 8 or 830.  It was almost an hr and a half before we found food.  The streets were so cute.  Apartments are everywhere, on top of shops and restaurants.  The apartments are painted bright red and yellow colors.  Some are old architecture with beautiful balconies and others modern.  So far the city is beautiful.  Expect a few pictures to be posted.  Well goodnight everyone I've only had 4 hours of sleep in the last 2 days!
